Site Inspection, Understanding the Brief & design
Our team will first make sure to understand exactly what your needs and wants are related to your dream pool. Acquiring Local Council Approval
It is extremely important that we gain your local council’s approval before undergoing the pool construction process. After the inspection has been successful we will source for the Construction Certificate. Ensuring that the pool design is approved is a vital step that cannot be ignored.
Excavating the Land
Once the pool is approved we will then excavate the land as the first step in building a new pool. Using expert tools and techniques, the soil will be correctly removed while making sure the site is always safe.
Installing the Steel Frames
Our team before building the concrete swimming pool will construct a steel frame. This is to prepare for the concrete stage which will improve the pool’s strength. We will also place in pre-plumbing, lights and internal electrical lines, covering them as well before the concrete is placed.
Concreting the Area
For your pool to start to take shape, concrete needs to be poured successfully. We will ensure that the correct amount is placed and that the surface is perfectly even and symmetrical with our architect’s design.
Applying the Interior Finish, Tiles and Coping
With almost finishing the build, our tradesmen will apply an interior finish to the pool. After this, we will install all the coping and waterline tiles into the pool. We make sure to operate carefully with each tile and finish placed properly.
Final Touches and Connecting the Plumbing
All the plumbing lines, lights and other fixtures are tested to see if they have been damaged during the process. Based on your design, we will then install the heating lines, waterfalls, pool and spa equipment and many more additions.
